MO Rides connects you with transportation providers across Missouri. Launched as a series of regional pilots by Boonslick Regional Planning Commission, Meramec Regional Planning Commission and Mid-Missouri Regional Planning Commission in 2014, MO Rides has since grown to serve individuals in need of transportation assistance in every region of Missouri since 2016. Today, the program is managed by Boonslick Regional Planning Commission with support from the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and the Developmental Disabilities Resource Board of St. Charles County (DDRB).

A Mobility Coordinator can be reached between the hours of 8:00AM and 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.

What is Mobility Management?

According to the National Center for Mobility Management (NCMM), Mobility Management is “an approach to designing and delivering transportation services that starts and ends with the customer. It begins with a community vision in which the entire transportation network—public transit, private operators, cycling and walking, volunteer drivers, and others—works together with customers, planners, and stakeholders to deliver the transportation options that best meet the community’s needs.”
